Apartments on Vogel are modern, beautifully designed apartments with the exceptional comfort and convenience of supported living. There are 33 care studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments situated in the heart of the retirement village, with a further 21 new two-bedroom apartments coming online in 2027.

Stage 1 was completed in 2024 and includes the Hanlin Apartment Building, The Coffee Post Café and the General Store. The Hanlin Building is named for the Hanlin sisters, recognising their generous contribution in the late 1960s that helped establish Cambridge Resthaven.

Our aim is to offer comfortable, easy-living apartments where people can enjoy a great lifestyle. Residents have the comfort of living as they would in their own home, with the added benefit of care and support available to them in their apartment.

On the ground floor of the Hanlin Building is The Coffee Post Café. There's great coffee, food and a wonderful community vibe, whether you are catching up with friends, savouring a smooth latte, or grabbing a coffee on the run. And the best part? All profits from The Coffee Post go directly to supporting Cambridge Resthaven, our community-owned retirement village and care centres.

Across the courtyard from the Hanlin Building is the General Store. It is a popular addition to our village community and provides a welcoming hub that adds to the enjoyment and convenience of daily life. The seating areas inside and outside are popular for residents to meet and socialise, and the store is well-stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables, milk, eggs, grocery essentials, and a selection of ice creams and snacks. Items can also be ordered on request for residents - the ultimate in convenience! 

Stage 2 Coming Online in 2027
Stage 2 will introduce 21 new two-bedroom supported living apartments. Construction began in September 2025 and the apartments are expected to be completed in 2027.
