50 years ago, a group of dedicated Cambridge people fundraised and built the Cambridge Resthaven community owned and operated rest home. From community spirit, and dedicated leadership and staff, Cambridge Resthaven has thrived. Spanning five decades our caring team have touched the lives of many people who have lived in our rest home, hospital and retirement village.

Be part of this Gala Evening of celebrations and sharing in Cambridge Resthaven's history, and join us in raising funds for a community playground and exercise area.

Our guest speaker is Kerre Woodham. A well-known media personality, host of the Newstalk ZB morning show weekdays, and columnist for the New Zealand Women’s Weekly, Kerre is quite simply a national treasure!

Guests will be treated to a drink on arrival, a gala dinner, charity auction and entertainment into the evening at the world-class Sir Don Rowlands Centre on the lake's edge of beautiful Lake Karāpiro.
